Stay with us in our beautiful over water bungalows.
Our seven over water bungalows are build by using materials found from the nature and inspired
from traditional Indonesian & Papuan style.
Every room has bedroom, private bathroom, mirror, beach towels, drinking water,
soaps, sunchairs and terrace with a ocean access.
Our full board packages include three daily meals, snack time, refill water, coffee & tea time.
Water in our showers are partly salty, partly fresh. As we are on a remote island we do not have
electricity 24hrs.
Our newest Deluxe Eco Bungalows are suitable for couples or friends traveling together..
We do have rooms with double beds, separate beds as well as bungalows for families.

Raja Ampat is one of the richest coral areas in the world, with over 500 species of different corals in the area.
More than 1,300 species of fish swim in the waters of Raja Ampat and the highlights here are: large schools of fishes, napoleon wrasse, bumpheads, giant sweetlips, manta rays, reef sharks, wobbegong sharks, walking sharks, turtles, Spanish mackerel, tuna, barracudas, pygmy sea horses, variety of different nudibranchs, ghost pipefish, cuttlefish, crustaceans and stunning pristine coral reefs.

Private island team.
Our guides will take you to the perfect diving spots and tell everything of dive spot characteristics. Your guide is certified as a professional diver & capable to lead also a group of less experienced divers.
Katembe Private island diving center rents for divers full head to toe gears, such as wet bodysuits, snorkels, booties and fins. Varied sizes are offered to accommodate incoming divers. The gears are regularly serviced to ensure that they are safe to be utilized by divers.
You can also bring your own gear.

Here in Katembe we started our Coral restoration project in April 2020.
It all started just with a group of ocean minded & passionated people with an idea of restoring our house reef back to it’s glory.
Now 2,5 years later we have managed to restore huge area of the damaged house reef with
a help of our amazing customers.
