● All bookings must be made through our website or authorized partners.
● A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
● Payment must be done by wire transfer to the bank with details provided on your invoice. Any bank costs related to this transfer must be carried by the guests.
● Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Pricing & Currency
● Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
● Any applicable taxes, service fees, or surcharges will be disclosed at checkout.
● Exchange rates for foreign currency payments may fluctuate and are determined by your payment provider.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
● Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour or service booked. Specific details are provided at the time of booking.
● These packages are non-refundable or transferable due to the failure of the guests in performing the agreed activities, absence on check in time and or cancelation mid stay.
● Cancellation and rescheduling are possible until arrival day. In case of cancellation, down payment can be used within one year.
● We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

5. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
● Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health requirements, dive certification & insurance (if any) and other documents needed by the local government.
● We are not liable for any denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.
● Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at their destination
