Diving Package 8D7N – 10 Dives

You must buy a Raja Ampat PIN before entering the site. The PIN is only available for purchase offline at the counter. The prices are IDR 1,000,000 for international visitors and IDR 500,000 for local visitors. The PIN is valid for one year. Upon arrival, you can ask our staff to assist you with the purchase.

1. Take a midnight flight and arrive at Domine Eduard Osok Airport in Sorong, West Papua.
2. Our driver will meet you at the airport (transportation fee is included in your package).
3. You will take a ferry from Sorong to Waisai Island (transportation fee is included in your package).
4. Upon arrival at Waisai Island, our team will pick you up and transfer you to Katembe Private Island by speedboat.

We have everything you might need on the island, but it’s best to bring your own essentials, such as sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, bug repellent, and any personal needs also snorkeling or diving gear if you have them.

You will be staying in a breathtaking paradise with an eco-living concept. This means our resort does not provide air conditioning, only ceiling fans in the rooms. However, you’ll wake up in one of the most stunning places on earth. To ensure your comfort, we still offer modern conveniences like free internet access throughout your stay.

Most of our past guests have not taken malaria vaccinations before visiting our resort, and there have been no reported cases of malaria on the island. However, if you prefer to take extra precautions, you may choose to get vaccinated before your trip.

You are welcome to bring your own dive gear if you have it and feel comfortable using it. Additionally, please make sure to provide your diving license and insurance.

Yes, we do! At Katembe Private Island, we proudly operate as an eco-friendly resort. To support sustainability, we use electricity during specific hours: from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM.. This allows us to reduce our environmental impact while still meeting your essential needs.

To stay aligned with our commitment to the environment, our bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with indoor showers instead of bathtubs or water heaters. The water used is partially fresh, distilled from seawater, and about 70% fresh. While it may differ slightly from what you’re used to, it’s a part of our effort to protect and preserve the beautiful nature surrounding our resort.

For the best connection, we invite you to use our Starlink-powered internet available at the restaurant area. Currently, this is the only place with Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected while also enjoying a more mindful, unplugged experience in your bungalow.
